PLANT UPGRADE

Our project scope consisted of installing additional conveyors, ore bin and rom wall on site at Watpac 2B.

 

ST IVES RADIAL STACKER

Our client entrusted our team to complete the assembling and commissioning of the radial stacker plus various upgrade work on the heap leach at St Ives.

 

BUNBURY PORT RADIAL SHIP LOADER

Project Scope:

Karridale Construction was awarded the contract for the installation of a radial Shiploader. All sections were transported from Perth to site where each section was lifted into position sitting on 6 metre favco towers, these were then aligned and site welded, all lifts were completed by a 200 tonne lattice jib crane.

 

MINARA RESOURCES NICKEL HEAP LEACH

Project Scope:

Karridale Construction was awarded the Agglomerator, Stacker and overland conveyor installation. In addition to this, Karridale assisted with the commissioning and in the developmental heap nickel leach project at the existing Murrin Murrin site, including associated infrastructure and commissioning.

 

WHIM CREEK COPPER PROJECT

Karridale Construction won the contract for the Installation of a 500 tonne per hr crushing and stacking circuit. On the successful completion of this, Karridale Construction was requested to install the fuel farm, acid farm, and complete the electrowinning and solvent extraction buildings.

 

PENRICE SODA PRODUCTS

Project Scope:

 

Karridale Construction was appointed by QMS Engineering to complete the installation and commissioning of a 400 tonne per hour crushing and stacking circuit for various lime stone products.

 

ARGYLE DIAMONDS

Macmahon for Rio Tinto

Project Scope:

 

Macmahon appointed Karridale Construction to complete the dismantling and salvaging of two alluvial mobile screening plants consisting of apron feeder, bivutec screens and conveyors.

 

ADELAIDE TO DARWIN RAIL BALLAST & AGGREGATE CRUSHING PLANTS

Project Scope:

 

Karridale Construction were awarded the contract for Roche Mining as follows:

Dismantle 500 tonne per hour crushing plant in Tarmoola, Leonora, Western Australia.
Load – unload Tennant Creek, Northern TerritoryRre-erect refurbish on site.
Modify crushing plant and install additional conveyor systems and stacker to client specification
Install new 150 tonne/hour aggregate plant through to commissioning of both plants.
Installation of 500 tonne/hour crushing plant Katherine, Northern Territory.
Extending and modifying conveyor systems for new plant layout.
Installation of steel panelled Rom walls also carried out on these projects

Project Scope:

 

We were awarded the maintenance of all crushing equipment and agglomerator system. Plus, installation of overland conveying systems.
The project scope included planning and relocation of grasshopper conveyor systems for leach pad stacking.

 

NYNGEN, NEW SOUTH WALES – NIFTY WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Project Scope:

Macmahon awarded us the contract to dismantle hard rock crushing plant, along with associated overland conveyors, conveyor systems, and stacker.
We then completed the Load – unload/ re-erect at the Nifty Mine.
Karridale was asked to modify the crushing plant conveyor systems and overland conveyors to client’s specifications.

WESFARMERS COAL

Project Scope:

Installation and commissioning of 1500 tonne per hour stacker, and a 1200 tonne per hour reclaimer.

 

WESTERN MINING COMPANY

Project Scope:

Installation of two large centrifugal fans associated steel work, and ducting.

 

GREENBUSHES - MEEKATHARRA

Client:

K.C. Dodd for St Barbara Mines

Location:

Australia

Project Scope:

Dismantle hard rock crushing plant at Greenbushes.
Load – unload, re-erect in Meekatharra including additional conveyors, and stock pile steel work through to commissioning.

 

NORDBERG (AUSTRALIA) WORKSHOP

Project Scope:

Assembling and testing of circular and linear motion vibrating screens, grizzlies, and plate feeders.

 

FERRO GULLY

Nordberg Australia for Eltins

Location:

Mt Newman, Australia

Project Scope:

Install crushing, screening and conveying duct control equipment sample plant for a 800 tonne per hour ore through to commissioning.

Mike built an enviable reputation for the company of exceptional service, quality and value for money. Three years after Karridale Construction was started Mike's son, Mark, joined the company.
